She left us early Sunday morning, her passing marked by a poignant sense of loss for her family, community, and beyond.

According to Muslim tradition, the funeral procession will take place this afternoon at 2 pm at the Abari Cemetery on Lagos Island. As a testament to her faith, the funeral rites will be conducted in accordance with her unwavering devotion to her Islamic beliefs and her important role in her community.
The news of her passing was confirmed by her son, Mr. Soliu Matemilola, who shared his sadness, stating, “I lost my mother this morning. She was with us until 7:30 am. She was with the Olowu in Abeokuta.”
