Nigerian Rapper Speed Darlington Regrets Spending Time Arguing with Davido on Social Media
In a recent video, Speed Darlington, a popular Nigerian rapper and social media personality, took a moment to reflect on his actions and express regret over his time-consuming disputes with Davido on social media.
According to Speed Darlington, he acknowledges that he wasted a significant amount of energy on feuds with Davido, which could have been better utilized to fuel his rivalry with fellow musician Burna Boy.
“In hindsight, I think I should have redirected that energy towards Burna Boy,” he stated in the video.
This statement comes after the release of his diss track “Baby Oil,” which targeted Burna Boy. However, the rapper believes that tailoring his efforts towards the latter would have yielded more significant results.
Notably, Davido has taken an uncharacteristically passive approach, choosing not to engage in a back-and-forth on social media, leaving Speed Darlington to deal with his emotions alone.
