The sorrowful news was recently shared by their elder brother, Kunle Afolayan, who announced the passing of their mother on his social media account.
In his post, Kunle expressed the immense pain of losing his mother, while acknowledging the positive impact she had on their lives. He also asked for prayers for himself and his family during this difficult time, seeking solace in the cherished memories of her life.
Aremu Afolayan followed suit, posting a heartfelt tribute to their mother on Instagram. He shared a photo of their mother and offered a prayer for her to find peace and happiness in the afterlife, leaving a message that read, “Maami…… Rest well. May the Lord in his mercy grant you happiness wherever you may be. I love you.”
Gabriel also took to social media to express his sorrow, lamenting the emptiness felt in their home due to the loss of their beloved mother. He poured out his heart, expressing his deep love for her and the immense sadness he feels at her passing, stating, “Home is not cool. We lost a very dear one. You’d be greatly missed, big mummy.
