Nollywood Actress Uche Ogbodo Speaks Out Against May Edochie’s Toxic Fans
Actress Uche Ogbodo has taken to social media to express her outrage at the relentless trolling she has been receiving from fans of May Edochie, a Nigerian businesswoman and social media influencer.
Uche’s outburst comes after her shop was burgled, and according to her, May’s fans have been gloating, saying that karma is getting back to her for her perceived lack of support for May’s husband, Yul Edochie, and his ex-wife, Judy.
Frustrated with the constant abuse and negativity, Uche took to her Instagram page to share her frustrations with her followers, lamenting how May’s fans had turned on her, spreading hate and vitriol.
Uche accused May of being complicit in her fans’ behavior, saying that she had never publicly condemned their toxic behavior and, in fact, seemed to enjoy the drama and controversy it creates.
She wrote, “To all the toxic fans of May Edochie, I have a message for you: you can’t bully and intimidate me! I’m Uche Ogbodo, and I won’t be silenced. Your hate and negativity won’t break me. Instead, I’ll keep speaking out against your toxic behavior and the harm it causes. If you can’t handle the truth, then maybe you should unfollow me and focus on your own life.”
She continued, “Karma may be a force to be reckoned with, but it’s not always fair or just. It’s important to remember that even the most innocent among us can face challenges. What’s more, using a crime committed against someone to justify your own actions is both unjust and unfair. I won’t be swayed by your hate and negativity. I’ll stand strong and continue to be my authentic self, no matter what.”
