Lagos Police Officer Dies in Road Accident

A report from Naijawebinfo has confirmed that a Lagos State Police officer lost his life in a tragic road accident at Kara Bridge, along the Berger area of the state.

The incident was confirmed by Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, the permanent secretary to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), who spoke to cable about the accident.

Oke-Osanyintolu revealed that the accident involved a goods-laden Volvo truck, a Toyota HiAce bus, and a Mercedes bus.

In related news, Police operatives in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have apprehended three individuals for allegedly impersonating law enforcement officials, including police and the Department of State Services (DSS).

The suspects were also accused of being involved in a ‘one chance’ robbery in the nation’s capital city.

FCT Police Commissioner Olatunji Disu provided details of the force operations in Abuja, revealing that the three suspects, along with nine others, were recently detained for their involvement in ‘one chance’ incidents across various locations in the FCT.

The arrests occurred on October 12, following a report made by Jeremiah David and Amaka Humina at the Anti-One Chance Office.
