According to Queen Tobi, Remi Tinubu expressed her desire for someone to erect a statue in her honor after being inspired by the trending story of Mark Zuckerberg’s wife statue.

The Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Eniitan Ogunwusi Ojaja2, recently unveiled a gold statue of Remi Tinubu as part of his 50th birthday celebration program at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
Sharing photos from the unveiling ceremony, Queen Tobi wrote: “Today, a statue was unveiled in honor of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Distinguished Senator Oluremi Tinubu, at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. The statue was unveiled by His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Eniitan Ogunwusi Ojaja2, as part of his 50th birthday celebration program.”
