Galatasaray Eye Permanent Deal for Victor Osimhen
The Turkish club is reportedly looking to make Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen’s loan deal permanent by offering Napoli a cash payment and one of their players in exchange.
Osimhen has made a significant impact since joining Galatasaray, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in just nine matches across all competitions. His impressive form has caught the attention of several major European clubs, including Chelsea, who have been tracking him for some time.
According to sources in Turkey, Galatasaray are prepared to include players such as Davinson Sanchez, Baris Alper Yilmaz, or Yunus Akgun in their transfer proposal for Osimhen’s permanent move. However, they will face stiff competition from other interested parties.
In other news, Fenerbahce defender Bright Osayi-Samuel is eyeing a return to England, with Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, and Everton showing interest in the 26-year-old Nigerian. Osayi-Samuel is in the final months of his contract and is seeking a pay rise to extend his stay with Fenerbahce, but personal reasons, including plans to marry his girlfriend soon, are reportedly driving his desire to return to England.
Osayi-Samuel has a solid reputation in England following his impressive performances with Queens Park Rangers before his move to Fenerbahce in January 2021. His experience in the English league could make him an attractive target for Premier League clubs.
