Oliver Kahn: The Legendary German Goalkeeper Who Thinks Ronaldo is the Best of All Time
The debate over who is the greatest footballer of all time has sparked intense discussions among fans and experts. But for Oliver Kahn, the answer is clear: it’s Ronaldo Nazário.
In a recent interview with TNT Sports, Kahn explained why he believes the Brazilian icon stands out from the rest. He praised Ronaldo’s exceptional skill and the profound impact he had on the game, setting him apart from his contemporaries.
Kahn, a formidable goalkeeper known for his competitive spirit, credits Ronaldo’s unique playing style and extraordinary abilities for his superiority over other great players, including Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
“For me, Ronaldo was much better than Messi and Cristiano,” Kahn said, emphasizing his admiration for the Brazilian’s contributions to the sport.
Kahn also shared some personal anecdotes, recalling the players who gave him the most trouble during his playing days. He noted that former Italian forward Filippo Inzaghi was the one who consistently frustrated him the most.
“Inzaghi was the one who really got under my skin,” Kahn said. “He wasn’t a superstar, but he always managed to be a thorn in my side during games.”
