PDP’s Michael Ogunsina Slams APC, Says They Lack the Right to Talk About Elections
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Michael Ogunsina, has launched a scathing attack on the All Progressives Congress (APC), claiming they have no business discussing elections again.
Ogunsina believes that Nigerians are eagerly awaiting the day they can be freed from the suffering inflicted upon them by the APC in 2027.
In his statement, he likened the APC to bandits, stating that both spread pain and tears wherever they go. He made these remarks in response to the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje’s, claim that the party is poised to take over the governorship seats of Oyo and Osun States following their victory in Ondo State.
Ogunsina dismissed Ganduje’s words as mere wishful thinking, saying that Nigerians are praying hard not to experience the APC again.
In his statement, he said: “The APC and bandits share a common trait – they spread devastation, sorrow, and tears wherever they go. It’s a shame that while the APC’s insatiable thirst for power is growing, our national grid is collapsing hour by hour. We shudder to think where the APC and its government find the courage to talk to Nigerians about elections.”
