Enyimba’s technical adviser, Yemi Olanrewaju, has revealed that the team will train in Uyo before their crucial CAF Confederation Cup match against Al Masry of Egypt. This decision was made to ensure they acclimatize to the grass pitch they will face in the northern country, which is different from their home synthetic surface in Aba.
Olanrewaju expressed his gratitude to Enyimba’s management for facilitating this training arrangement, emphasizing the importance of preparing for the challenges ahead. The coach emphasized that the change in terrain will significantly impact the ball’s movement and wanted to give his team a head start.
