Former Minister of Women Affairs Speaks Out Against Child Abuse After Representing Sexual Assault Victim in Court

In a powerful social media post, former Minister of Women Affairs, Uju Kennedy-Ohaneye, revealed that she recently appeared in court to represent a 5-year-old girl who was tragically sexually assaulted by her class teacher.

Kennedy-Ohaneye, who was recently removed from office in a cabinet reshuffle, reaffirmed her commitment to fighting for a better society and eradicating all forms of abuse, particularly against vulnerable Nigerians, including children.
