2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a Counter-Notification with the following information:

  • Identification of the Material Removed: Specify the content that was removed and its original location on Naijawebinfo.com.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

3. Repeat Infringers

Naijawebinfo.com reserves the right to terminate user accounts or restrict access to our site for users who repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.

4. Misrepresentations

Please note that any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
